A large cottage steeped in authentic Touraine charm
La Petite Trigalière, within easy reach of the Château, boasts a vast surface area, ideal for organizing your stays in Touraine, with friends or family. Spread over 220 m2, the various living areas are ideal for large groups of adults and children looking for a pleasant place to meet up and share good times together, in natural surroundings.
From the outside, the picturesque building exudes an authentic charm, nestling within a leafy green landscape and opening onto a peaceful courtyard. Inside, there is a lovely 50 m2 living room with exposed beams and pastel shades, bringing together a lounge area with comfortable sofas near a fireplace, LCD TV and DVD player. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen, located in the middle of this property, can accommodate 6 guests.
On the ground floor, two sleeping areas can accommodate 8 guests: a double bedroom with two single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a king-size bed (180x200) with private bathroom (shower and WC) and direct, private access to the garden, ideal for parents! Children will be tickled pink by the 6-bunk dormitory (three bunk beds) with en-suite bathroom (shower and WC).
Upstairs, a bedroom with private bathroom (bathtub and WC) and two bedrooms with shared bathrooms are imbued with a cosy, rustic sense of comfort, thanks to beams and sloping ceilings. Two of them are accessed via the kitchen staircase. The staircase near the entrance leads to the third bedroom, which offers peace and independence.

The south-facing garden is a haven of peace, so that every guest can take full advantage of this outstanding natural setting. It is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers.
